Terrorism Accountability

Whereas terrorism in all its forms and manifestations is an international problem that threatens the peace, stability, security and development of nations and can only be eradicated with the full and committed cooperation of all member states of the United Nations and the African Union; and whereas the member states of the United Nations and the African Union have solemnly reaffirmed their unequivocal condemnation of all acts, methods and practices of terrorism as criminal and unjustifiable, wherever and by whomever committed.
