The present report1 is submitted to the Human Rights Council pursuant to its resolutions 22/8 and 29/9. In Section II, the Special Rapporteur lists key activities undertaken from June to December 2015. Section III focuses on human rights in the context of preventing and countering violent extremism, following the Secretary-General’s Plan of Action to Prevent Violent Extremism
